Last updated: June 17, 2026 re:deal is a technical platform that helps you publish a showcase of your items or services and connect with interested buyers via Telegram. By using the service you agree to the terms below.
1. Content responsibility
Every item, service, photo, text and any other content posted on a showcase is owned by and the responsibility of the user who posts it. Users are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy and quality of what they post. re:deal does not verify, endorse or guarantee any posted content.
2. Prohibited content
The following are not allowed on re:deal: firearms, ammunition, explosives; recreational drugs or drug paraphernalia; sexually explicit material; content involving minors in unsafe contexts; symbols or propaganda of hate groups; counterfeit currency, forged documents or fake IDs; goods with indicators of being stolen; live animals for sale; prescription medication; alcohol or tobacco sold without age verification. The platform runs automated moderation (AI image + text checks). Listings flagged by moderation are refused. Visitor complaints are reviewed by operators.
3. Transactions between parties
re:deal is not a party to any transaction between seller and buyer. The service only connects the two in a private chat. Delivery, payment, warranty, returns and any disputes are strictly between seller and buyer. re:deal does not act as escrow, does not hold deposits, and does not participate in dispute resolution.
4. Subscription payment
Showcase subscriptions are paid via TON Connect (Gram) or Telegram Stars. Payments go through third-party payment systems (TON network, Telegram). re:deal does not store payment data.
5. Banning and removal
For violations of sections 1–3 (especially §2) re:deal reserves the right to ban an account without prior notice. Paid subscriptions are not refunded on ban. Appeals are possible via support.
6. Subscription closure
On non-payment the subscription enters a grace period (7 days), then closes. Data is retained for 60 more days — you can restore by paying. 90 days after deletion the handle is freed for re-registration.
7. Changes to the agreement
re:deal may amend the terms. Material changes are announced via the bot; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Jurisdiction and operator
The re:deal service is operated by a Ukrainian sole proprietor (ФЛП [operator name]). Disputes are governed by Ukrainian law.
